After adding images, videos, audio, or attachments to the knowledge base, the AI employee can cite relevant content in its replies based on the user's questions.
When AI employees need to reference images, audio, video, or attachments, it is recommended to use the "Materials" feature. "Materials" is specifically designed for managing and referencing such content. It supports creating material groups by product, model, or purpose, making it easier to categorize and manage, and also helps AI employees match and reference the corresponding materials based on the user's question.
When using "materials," you can set a name and description for each material. The more accurate the name and description, the easier it will be for the AI employee to match and reference the correct material.
For example, clothing retailers can create asset groups based on product styles and name the images "Blue Short-Sleeve Front View" and "White Short-Sleeve Detail View." When users ask for the corresponding color or style, the AI employee can use the relevant images.
The "Document" and "Q&A" editors in the knowledge base also support inserting images, audio, video, or attachments. However, this function is mainly used to supplement the main text or answer content and is not recommended for managing materials that require AI employees to match and reference.

Access the knowledge base you need and select the "Materials" tab.
Click "New", enter the name of the material group, and then click "Save".

Select the created resource group and click "Add Resource".

Drag and drop the file into the upload area, or click on the upload area to select the file.
After uploading, fill in the material name. You can also fill in the material description to help the AI employee match and reference the material more accurately. Click "Save" when finished.

After saving, you can view, edit, or delete the uploaded materials in the materials group.

Go to the "Documents" tab in the knowledge base, click "Add Content", and select "Add Online".
Enter the relevant text content in the editor, and insert images, audio, video or attachments through the toolbar. Save the document when finished.

Go to the "Q&A" tab in the knowledge base and click "Add Content".
Fill in the questions users may ask and their corresponding answers, and insert images, audio, video or attachments through the editor toolbar. Click "Save" when finished.

Once the knowledge base is added to the AI employee, the AI employee will match and reference relevant content from the knowledge base based on the user's question.
In the "Q&A Test" area on the right side of the AI employee configuration page, enter a question related to the materials and check if the correct images, audio, video, or attachments are displayed in the response.
After confirming that the reply is correct, click "Publish" in the upper right corner.
