In the "Statistics" module, you can view the number of users, sessions, and user messages for each AI employee, and compare the usage of different AI employees or different time ranges by filtering the data.
Clicking "View" on the right side of a single AI employee will take you to the analysis page, where you can view trend data such as message processing volume, number of conversations handled, number of users handled, transfer rate to human agents, and conversation resolution rate through the "Overview" function.
Historical projects using a points-based system can also view the AI employee's points consumption on the statistics page; projects using message quotas for billing will not display this data.

You can filter data by AI employee and time at the top of the statistics page.
After filtering, the list will display the statistical results under the corresponding conditions.

On the "Overview" page, you can view the AI employee's trend data over a specified time period, including: message volume, number of customer service sessions, number of customers served, rate of referral to human agent, and session resolution rate.
You can use the time filter at the top to view data changes across different time ranges.

When you need to understand the overall usage of AI employees, compare the reception volume of different AI employees, or investigate data anomalies, you can view the statistics. In older versions of the project, this page also allowed you to check points consumption.
The number of users represents the number of users who interact with the AI employee; the number of sessions represents the number of complete conversations between users and the AI employee; and the number of user messages represents the number of messages sent by users in a session.
